SKIN FOR LIFE PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
- All returns are subject to approval by Skin for Life and must be made within 14 days of the original sale.
- If merchandise is returned after 14 days or without proper authorization then Skin for Life will keep the right to charge a 25% restocking fee.
- Customers incur all “Shipping Cost” for the return of supplies, and/or skin care to Skin for Life.
- Everything must be returned in excellent condition in original “New” condition.
- Once received, Skin for Life will evaluate the returned goods. Once confirmed, credit will be refunded to customer. Credit Memo will be emailed to customer for confirmation of the refunded funds.
- All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
- Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed. We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use.
- We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. So please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. We recomend that you use tracked delivery.
- Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please call Customer Service immediately on 07817824950 (Monday Saturday 9am - 8pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm. Please provide your Order Number and the items you want to return or exange.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online on www.fulham-beauty.co.uk website. We are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Customers who order products from outside of the UK have to return the goods on their own expense.
INTERNATIONAL CHARGES, DUTIES AND SHIPPING COST
For international orders sent outside the EU, Customers should be aware and responsible for any type of additional taxes which may apply in different teritories. We can not be held responsible for Custom charges and duties in the different territories.
UK DELIVERY INFORMATION
Sending your order promptly and safely is very important to us. We choose a courier company wich is a leading operator in the UK express parcels sector. Our customers receive a one hour delivery window via SMS or email, so they don't need to wait in all day. What's more, Follow My Parcel allows customers to watch the progress of their parcel on a real-time map, and it also supplies a final 15-minute time slot. We use Next Day Delivery on our website.
- All delivery charges are subject to location. Please contact us with full address so we can provide a full information about shipping charges to your destination.
- Once the delivery address is confirmed we can specify the exact time of your delivery the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
- Tracking number will allow you to follow the delivery progress.
